“Personal Throws has always had great customer service. About 5 years ago, I had purchased a personal blanket for my mom of me, my brother, and her for Christmas. Unfortunately, a "porch pirate" stole the package from my brother's doorstep. I reached out and they were willing to offer 1/2 off to recreate it. I thought that was very generous since there was no way I could prove it was stolen and they were still offering to discount it. I have been a repeat customer ever since, typically buying one or two gifts every year. Quality is always fantastic and always satisfied with the product.”
